When we source our ingredients the first concern is the quality and the taste with the last concern being the cost.

Wherever we can we source our ingredients ethically. This means no cage eggs, grass fed butter, ethically farmed meat. We believe that our food tastes just that little bit better without the side of animal cruelty

Our products don't contain hundreds of ingredients with names you can't pronounce. Our ingredients are surprisingly simple and nourishing.

We use olive oil instead of seed oil, bake fresh daily instead of using preservatives etc
